Channel 4 contacted us yesterday to ask if we could take part in a new documentary about hotel quality. Regular readers of this slot will know it's a topic close to our hearts! The objectives of the programme sound very interesting and there's some thorough research going on by the programme makers, so we probably will. More news in due course.
