We specialise in the measurement of service standards and will objectively identify areas for development. We believe it would be a conflict of interest if we then delivered the training solution. It could be misperceived that our measurement methods are skewed to win us extra business which is certainly not the case. However we do work closely with a number of excellent trainers and training companies.
